At ClassiqueNest, we strive to provide high-quality products and ensure customer satisfaction. If you receive a defective or damaged item, we’re here to assist you.
Once the refund is approved, the refunded amount will be processed and credited within 10 days to the original mode of payment.
1. Eligibility for Returns
- If you receive a damaged, misprinted, or defective product, you can submit a claim within 7 days of delivery.
- After this period, we will be unable to process claims, and the loss must be borne by the customer.
2. How to File a Claim
To initiate a claim, please email us at classiquenest@gmail.com with:
- A proper unboxing video showing the package being opened.
- Clear images of the product defect (damaged, misprinted, or broken items).
- The product in its original packaging.
Upon verification, we will reprint and ship a replacement at no additional cost.
3. Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items
- We do not accept returns or exchanges for items ordered in the wrong size, colour, or for reasons other than defects.
- Please refer to our size guide before placing an order to ensure the correct fit.
4. Return Process
- For eligible returns, we will arrange a reverse pickup within 5 days of delivery.
- Once the return is received and verified, we will proceed with the replacement.
- Replacement product will be delivered in 2-5 business day.
