1. How long does it take to process and ship my order?
Orders are processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once shipped, you’ll receive an email or SMS with tracking details.

2. How long will delivery take?
Standard delivery usually takes 2–5 business days for India and 5 to 15 days for International, depending on your pin code. Delivery may be delayed due to weather, courier issues, or high order volumes.

3. Are there any shipping charges?
Shipping charges (if applicable) are shown at checkout. We also offer free shipping on select orders or above a minimum purchase value.

4. Who delivers my order?
We work with trusted courier partners to ensure safe and timely delivery. If your pin code is not serviceable, we will notify you immediately.

5. When am I eligible for a return or refund?
You can request a return/refund if the product is damaged, defective, or misprinted. Claims must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

6. How do I file a return claim?

  • A proper unboxing video of the package.

  • Clear images of the defect.

  • The product in its original packaging.

7. What happens after I file a claim?
Once verified, we will reprint and ship a replacement at no additional cost.

8. Can I return or exchange if I ordered the wrong size or color?
❌ No, we only accept returns for damaged or defective products. Please refer to our size guide before ordering.

9. How does the return process work?

We accept returns for orders shipped within India. For international orders, eligible returns will be provided as store credit, redeemable on future purchases.

Once a return is approved, we arrange a reverse pickup within 5 days. After the item is received and verified, a replacement is dispatched within 2–5 business days.

10. How long does it take to receive a refund?
If approved, the refund amount will be added as store credit to your account within 10 days, which can be used for future purchases.
